Welcome to baranovic.photo. By booking a session, using this website, or engaging with my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot.

• Payment can be made via [bank transfer, cash, etc.].

• If payment is not received, the session may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 1-2 days in advance. One reschedule is allowed without penalty.

• In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a future session.

• If the photographer needs to cancel due to an emergency, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3.⁠ ⁠Photoshoot Policies

• Arriving late to your session may result in a shortened shooting time or additional charges.

• The photographer is not responsible for wardrobe, hair, or makeup issues. Clients are encouraged to come prepared.

• Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, we can discuss rescheduling or an alternative indoor location.

4.⁠ ⁠Image Delivery & Editing

• Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via an online gallery.

• The photographer retains full creative control over editing style, color correction, and retouching. Raw (unedited) images are not provided.

• Minor retouching is included, but extensive edits (e.g., body modifications) may incur an additional fee.

5.⁠ ⁠Copyright & Usage

• The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

• Clients receive personal usage rights, meaning you can share and print your photos, but they cannot be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

• The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6.⁠ ⁠Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

• If you prefer your images to remain private and not shared online, please inform me before the session.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability & Force Majeure

• The photographer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the photoshoot.

• In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness, equipment failure), the photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with a refund.

8.⁠ ⁠Agreement

By booking a session with baranovic.photo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
